Meet Róbert
Founder, Owner & Adventure Guide
Róbert Marwin Gunnarsson
My name is Róbert Marwin Gunnarsson, and I live in Höfn, Iceland, with my fiancée, Anna María Harðardóttir. Together we have a son, Hörður Marwin Róbertsson, and I also have a son, Valgeir Marwin Róbertsson, from a previous relationship.
For the past six years, I have worked in Iceland's tourism industry, primarily guiding glacier cave tours and driving modified super jeeps through some of the country's most breathtaking landscapes. During this time, I have had the privilege of sharing Iceland's unique nature and adventure opportunities with visitors from all over the world.
Today, I am excited to begin a new chapter with my own buggy tour company. My goal is to provide safe, exciting, and unforgettable experiences while showcasing the incredible beauty of the Hornafjörður area and its surroundings.
As a local guide with years of experience exploring Iceland's wilderness, I look forward to welcoming you and helping create memories that will last a lifetime.
Meet Anna
Social Media & Marketing Manager
Anna María Harðardóttir
Anna María Harðardóttir manages our social media presence, online communication, and much of the behind-the-scenes work that helps keep the business running smoothly.
Born in Reykjavík, Anna moved to Höfn at the age of five with her mother and has called Southeast Iceland home ever since. She comes from a multicultural background, with a Filipino mother and an Icelandic father, which has given her a broad perspective and a strong appreciation for different cultures and people.
Anna graduated from Kvennaskólinn í Reykjavík and has a strong interest in human resource management, leadership, and politics. She plans to pursue further studies in these fields in the near future.
As the partner of our founder, Róbert Marwin Gunnarsson, and mother of their son, Hörður Marwin Róbertsson, Anna plays an important role both within the company and behind the scenes. Her creativity, organizational skills, and passion for connecting with people help ensure that our guests stay informed, engaged, and inspired throughout their journey with us.
Meet Ottó
Accountant & Financial Administrator
Ottó Marwin Gunnarsson
The company's Accountant and Financial Manager, responsible for overseeing all bookkeeping, financial planning, and administrative operations behind the scenes.
Born and raised in Höfn, Southeast Iceland, Ottó shares the same local roots as his brother, Róbert Marwin Gunnarsson, the founder of the company. While Róbert focuses on creating unforgettable adventures, Ottó makes sure the numbers add up—and is often the person who says "no" when Róbert wants to buy another buggy.
Ottó earned his degree in Accounting from Bifröst University. Following his graduation, he was offered a position at the university, where he serves as an assistant instructor, helping students explore emerging technologies and artificial intelligence. Alongside his academic work, he works for Bókhaldsstofa Hornafjarðar and provides accounting services for a variety of businesses.
Recently, Ottó relocated to Sweden with his wife, Claudia María Hildeblom, and their three daughters, Eygló Eva Hildeblom, Alda Kristín Hildeblom, and Yrja Bíbí Hildeblom. Despite the distance, he remains a key part of the team, ensuring that the financial side of the business stays organized, efficient, and prepared for future growth.
With his expertise in accounting, education, and business management, Ottó provides the financial foundation that helps keep our adventures moving forward.
